I've been a painter and illustrator all my life. After leaving art school I joined a London studio and worked on magazine story illustration to gain experience. In-between I studied photography and did that part-time as freelance with two London studios alongside my art for 15 years to support my income and family. I've my painted almost every subject in watercolour, pastel, oil and acrylic and had success in exhibiting in local, London Mall and other UK galleries and exhibitions. An active member of several art societies in and around the UK especially Cornwall where I work closely with four galleries.

A member of Bucks Art Society, I exhibit with them at least twice a year. Bucks Visual Arts via the Visual Images Group and involved with the Royal Academy as a volunteer and Friend. I have chaired several art committees when I lived in Bucks and still am on as advisory member of West Wycombe Art Group.

I now tutor and paint full time, run local workshops in conjunction with groups and at New College Swindon as a resident adult education teacher. My imminent plans are to set up an art holiday facility in the West Country and tutor group sessions. A Professional Associate with the SAA allows me to utilise their facilities and give my students greater learning benefits.
