These holidays offer a chance to paint in outstandingly beautiful locations.
I welcome painters of all abilities and can help you to develop your skills in almost any medium. Groups
are limited to six or fewer which guarantees that you will benefit from plenty of individual attention.
Being well-known for my relaxed and easy style of teaching, along with fifty years of experience of
techniques and media ensures that together we can make the most of your talents.

RESIDENTIAL PACKAGE
Staying in our delightful cottage home in the beautiful Yorkshire Wolds village of
Kilham, you will enjoy a spacious bedroom and the chance to socialise in
our large lounge and charming walled garden. My wife Eileen, also a professional artist,
provides excellent home-cooked food and is pleased to cater for special diets if you just
let us know your preferences.
During the summer months I will take guests in my people carrier to paint
special places with magnificent landscape and seascape views. If the weather lets us down – which is actually quite rare! - we will work in my
studio. Often this will allow me to demonstrate techniques and media which
may be new to you, or to focus on one–to-one tuition. Summer Course Schedule
Weekend courses between October and the end of March are always studio-based
but still offer opportunities to enjoy the local scenery.

NON-RESIDENTIAL OPTION
We are always happy to suggest alternative local accommodation. After
breakfast there, you will join the rest of the group to follow the day’s programme
including lunch and dinner and tea /coffee breaks.
